Report an error in locality data

If you spot an error on a locality, region or thematic page, send us information that is as specific as possible. Precise reports considerably reduce the time it takes to review and fix the issue.

What data we need

The exact URL, the affected locality, the date and time, and a short description of the problem are useful. A screenshot or a comparison value from a verifiable source makes the review easier.

Which errors appear frequently

Typical cases are misassigned localities, implausible data blocks, inconsistencies between locality and region, broken links or errors in texts and translations.

Please send reports to info@meteoinfo.online. If the error affects several pages or visibly harms the credibility of the site, note this in the subject line.

How we process the reports

After receipt we check whether the problem is in the frontend, in the mapping of the locality or in the external data flow. Critical errors are prioritized; in the case of third-party data, the fix also depends in part on the source.
