What data we process

When you visit the site we process the IP address, cookies in line with your consent, form data (locality search, contact form) and technical information about the browser and the device (browser type, operating system, screen resolution). If you use the geolocation feature, the coordinates are processed only in the browser and are not stored on the server. Without registration we do not collect personal data that directly identifies you, such as a name or email address.

Purpose of the processing

We process the data in order to provide the service (showing weather forecasts, locality search), measure visits and analyze behavior through Google Analytics 4, show ads through Google AdSense and ensure the security and stability of the site. The analytics and advertising services are activated exclusively after explicit consent through the cookie banner. Without your authorization, no tracking or advertising scripts are loaded.

Retention period

Cookies are stored according to their category: technical cookies for the duration of the session, analytics cookies by default for 2 years (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies according to the Google AdSense settings. The data in Google Analytics is kept for 26 months. Server logs with anonymized IP addresses are stored for 30 days and then deleted automatically.

Transfer to third parties

The data may be transferred to Google within the framework of the Google Analytics (visit measurement), Google AdSense (ad delivery) and Google Consent Mode (consent management) services. We obtain the weather data through the Open-Meteo interface; that communication does not contain personal data of the people who visit the site. We do not sell personal data nor transfer it to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your rights

As a data subject you have the right of access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), data portability, restriction of processing and objection to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@pocasi.online. We respond to requests without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days. If you believe that your rights are not being duly respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
